Drachma ("we," "us") is a software consulting company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you use the "Get in touch" form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The message you write
We also automatically record your IP address at the moment you submit the form. This is used only to prevent automated spam and abuse of the form, and is kept only briefly before being removed.
We do not use cookies, and we do not use any analytics or tracking on this site. This page loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which as a technical part of that request may receive your IP address; that request is separate from anything on this page.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to the message you send us. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your name, email and message only as long as needed to respond to you and for our own business records. The IP address collected for spam prevention is kept only briefly and is not retained long-term.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, contact us at info@drachma.ca.
You also have the right to file a complaint with Quebec's privacy regulator, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, if you believe your rights have not been respected.
